Julie Kazimer’s urban fantasy novel, The Body Dwellers, was just purchased by Solstice Publishing.  The Body Dwellers, a tale of mutants and romance, also won second place in the 2009 Pikes Peak Writers Contest. Congratulations Julie!

October 30, 2010

Julie Kazimer recently announced that F***ED UP FAIRYTALE, her winning entry in the 2010 Pikes Peak Writers Fiction Contest, has sold in a two-book deal to Kensington!

As reported at Publisher’s Marketplace in October 2010, F***ED UP FAIRYTALE is likened to “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” meets “Shrek,” a truly messed up tale where, when Cinderella is run over by a bus, a private investigator (on mental health leave from the Villains Union) is hired by Cinderella’s not-so-ugly stepsister to solve what she believes is a murder and break her own curse before New Never City is riddled with dead bodies.

Way to go, Julie!  What sweeter success is there?
