New Year, New Editor!

Published

Hello, Dear Readers,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Trista Herring Baughman; I’m the new managing editor for Pikes Peak Writers’ Writing from the Peak. I’ve been a contributor to the blog for a little over a year. I’m a children’s book writer, Air Force wife, and homeschooling mama. I’m also the managing editor for Mississippi Folklore, a collaborative collection of Mississippi folklore and legends in a weekly blog.

Kathie has been teaching me everything she knows. It is a joy working with her. I have big shoes to fill! (Not saying you have big feet, Kathie.🤪)

I look forward to getting to know the staff and our readers better. WftP will continue to provide quality educational and inspirational posts to support and encourage writers to achieve their aspirations and reach their goals.

I will do my best to live up to Kathie’s legacy and make 2023 a wonderful new year for our blog. Stay tuned for fantastic posts to come.

On behalf of Pikes Peak Writers and myself, have a restful yet productive and happy New Year!

Trista
