Congratulations to Roy A. Rogers on the publication of his recent release, THE SAGA OF SARAH PENNY. Taming the Wild West as it should have happened. (Historical fiction from Spilled Ink Publications).
ABOUT THE BOOK:
Sarah Penny arrived by stage in Filmont from unknown parts. By coincidence, Stuttering Jake Trapper also arrived to buy supplies for a small mining camp south of Filmont. It so happened that Dan the gambler arrived in his wagon the same day, carrying five women pledged as mail-order brides.
When Jake told Sarah there were 85 men and no women in the mining camp, Sarah came up with a plan. Together with Dan and the women, she followed Jake to the tent city in search of her own treasure.
This begins the adventure of Sarah Penny and how she single-handedly transformed a small mining camp into the town of Simon, and the price she had to pay for her success. Purchase copies from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
