We are offering a new, limited VIP Conference Pass for the 2026 Pikes Peak Writers Conference, offering attendees an enhanced way to experience one of the region’s premier literary events.
For the first time in conference history, just 10 VIP passes will be available as a paid add-on for registered conference attendees. The VIP option is designed to provide additional comfort, access, and connection while preserving the collaborative and educational spirit of the conference.
VIP pass benefits include:
- access to the Friday Faculty Mixer;
- one-day entry to the Green Room, a quiet professional space;
- reserved seating on Friday with a faculty member of choice;
- reserved seating at Saturday night’s keynote event; and
- secret door entrance to all meals
- a casual coffee gathering with the PPW President and Conference Director on Saturday morning.
VIP attendees will also receive a VIP badge, extra swag bag items, a 10% discount at the conference bookstore, and entry into a drawing for a two-night stay at the DoubleTree Hotel during the conference.
The VIP Conference Pass registration window opens January 20 at 5:00 PM (MT) and will remain open for 48 hours only, or until all passes are sold. Passes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are available exclusively to registered conference participants.
The 2026 Pikes Peak Writers Conference brings together writers of all genres for workshops, panels, keynotes, and networking opportunities in Colorado Springs and we can’t wait to see you there!
