Sweet Success for John Arthur Neal!

Congratulations to John Arthur Neal! His short story, “Intercession,” was included in the TulipTree ninth annual anthology’s recent release, STORIES THAT NEED TO BE TOLD 2023. The anthology itself is eclectic, including both fiction and non-fiction and features a diverse array of voices that spans continents and generations.

ABOUT THE STORY: An ordinary office worker’s car is T-boned by a cop car being driven by an eleven-year-old. The kid killed his mother’s abusive boyfriend and faces a second-degree murder charge. Our law-abiding administrator decides it was self-defense and, despite reservations about “aiding and abetting a fugitive,” helps the child escape. Purchase a copy of the anthology through Amazon.
